PROMOTIONS

• One (1) lucky diner will get a chance to win a Cebu Pacific roundtrip economy flight for two (2) persons from Manila to Hongkong.

• Dine-in at F All Day Dining and/or The Canary and get 1 raffle coupon for every Php3,000 spent on food or drinks. Valid for single receipt purchase only.

Mechanics:

• Eligible to all Hot Deals and Full Paying guests (cash or credit card payment) at The Canary or F All Day Dining starting March 15 to May 31, 2024. Promo is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or coupons.

• Promo duration is from March 15 to May 31, 2024. Deadline of submission is on June 5, 2024.

• Travel period is valid 6 months from the date of the receipt of the prize notification.

• Diner will get one (1) raffle entry per P3, 000 spent on food and beverage.

• Valid for 1 receipt only. Multiple and combined receipts will not be allowed.

• Raffle draw will be held on June 14, 2024, 2:00PM under the guidance and supervision of a DTI representative.

• Promo organizer’s decision is final with the concurrence of DTI.

• Incidental charges (if any) and other fees (such as but not limited to: RT-PCR or antigen testing, insurance, terminal fees, travel-airline taxes, visa & passport processing, additional baggage, cancellation fee, rebooking of flight and hotel/resort reservations subject to penalties and additional fare and tax, etc.) shall be shouldered by the winner.

• F1 Hotel Manila is unable to waive any government-imposed fees.

• Promo does not include hotel booking and/or accommodation.

• Winner must reserve their booking at least two (2) weeks before their intended travel.

• F1 Hotel Manila shall not be held accountable for any liability should anything happen to the winner during the course of the trip.

• Winner and accompanying member should have their valid passport. F1 Hotel Manila will not cover the application process and fees for passport application or renewal.

• Winner shall agree to be featured in any and all publicity materials connected to the promo.

• The prize is transferable but cannot be converted to cash.

  • If the winner wishes to transfer the prize, they must first relinquish any claim they may have had to it. Furthermore, they are obliged to provide the recipient with an authorization letter and present two valid government-issued IDs.

• Prizes not claimed after 60 days upon receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of F1 Hotel Manila with prior approval of DTI.

• All employees of F1 Hotel Manila and their affiliates, their advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified to participate in this promotion.

• Announcement of winners will be on June 15, 2024, once raffle and coordination with members are completed.

• Winner shall be notified via registered mail, phone, and e-mail. The announcement will be made via the official Facebook page.

• To claim the prize, winners must present the winner notification letter, raffle claim stub, and two valid government-issued IDs at F1 Hotel Manila’s Marketing Department, Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
